Precise Cooking

The Bake Master TSC combi oven by Mychef meets the demands of professional kitchens. This equipment offers 4 cooking levels for 600 × 400 mm trays, with a left-hand opening. Its power of 7300 W at 400 V and weight of 79 kg ensure stability and daily performance.

TSC Technology

The thermal stability control system maintains a precision of ± 0.2 ºC even at low temperatures. Three cooking modes are available: convection (30º to 260ºC), mixed convection + steam (30º to 260ºC), and saturated steam (30º to 130ºC). SmartWind technology intelligently manages rotation direction with 4 fan speeds. The patented MultiSteam system injects denser steam than conventional systems. The DryOut Plus function extracts moisture through low pressure for fast, crispy results.

Intuitive Programming

Enjoy 40 customizable cooking programs with 3 phases per program, including 7 direct accesses. The internal single-point probe controls temperature with accuracy. The LED screen with visual and audible end-of-cycle signals, interior LED lighting, and removable L-shaped slides facilitate every operation.

Hygienic Design

The double-glazed low-emissivity door is removable for cleaning. The AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel chamber with welded rounded edges ensures durability and cleanliness. The water recovery system with automatic drainage (even with door open), antibacterial components, and IPX5 protection against water jets ensure optimal sanitary conditions. The MyCare system automatically cleans the chamber. The CoolDown function cools down quickly and safely. Ultra-fast preheating reduces daily waiting times.
