Triple Cooking Mode
The equipment offers three distinct cooking methods: convection from 30°C to 260°C for even heat distribution, steam from 30°C to 260°C for soft textures, and saturated steam from 30°C to 130°C for specific technical applications.

The SmartWind system optimizes thermal distribution through intelligent rotation direction management and two turbine speeds, ensuring fast and uniform cooking across all levels. The intuitive LED screen interface is accompanied by energy-efficient LED lighting. Practical functions include a visual and audible end-of-cycle signal, automatic ultra-fast preheating, secure rapid cooling, automatic MyCare cleaning, manual regeneration, and automatic recovery of drain water even with the door open. The double-glazed low-emissivity tilting door facilitates maintenance, as do the removable L-shaped runners. The appliance features IPX5 protection against water jets.
