Professional Capacity

This professional cooking equipment features 10 levels with a spacing of 85 mm, allowing for the insertion of 10 trays or grids in 600 × 400 mm format. The internal chamber made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel is fully welded with rounded edges for optimal hygiene. Plastic components and handles benefit from integrated antibacterial treatment, while a drainage system with an integrated siphon ensures the longevity of the appliance.

Triple Cooking Mode

The equipment offers three distinct cooking methods: convection from 30°C to 260°C for even heat distribution, steam from 30°C to 260°C for soft textures, and saturated steam from 30°C to 130°C for specific technical applications.

Innovative Technologies

The SmartWind system optimizes thermal distribution through intelligent rotation direction management and two turbine speeds, ensuring fast and uniform cooking across all levels. The MultiSteam technology generates steam up to five times denser than conventional systems via optimized double injection. The exclusive DryOut Plus process actively removes residual moisture through low-pressure technology, allowing for crispy results in record time.

Ergonomics & Maintenance

The intuitive LED screen interface is accompanied by energy-efficient LED lighting. Practical functions include a visual and audible end-of-cycle signal, automatic ultra-fast preheating, secure rapid cooling, automatic MyCare cleaning, manual regeneration, and automatic recovery of drain water even with the door open. The double-glazed low-emissivity tilting door facilitates maintenance, as do the removable L-shaped runners. The appliance features IPX5 protection against water jets.
