This equipment delivers a throughput of 30 racks per hour while limiting consumption to 5 litres per cycle. Compatible with GN1/1 and EN formats, it accommodates large-capacity containers, cooking vessels, and professional kitchen accessories. Programmable cycles range from 120 seconds for quick processing to continuous modes for specific operations.
