Structure & Finish

Professional back bar entirely designed in food-grade stainless steel for optimal resistance in intense environments. The full double door features an automatic closing mechanism with locking at 90° facilitating loading operations. Sealing is ensured by high-performance magnetic gaskets.

Forced Air Cooling

Forced air refrigeration system with adjustable thermostat ranging from +2°C to +8°C. The central evaporator is equipped with two fans for uniform cold distribution throughout the entire volume. Defrosting occurs automatically without intervention. Digital temperature display for permanent monitoring.

Internal Layout

The interior offers 23 adjustment positions spaced 12.5 mm apart for maximum modularity. Each compartment comes with its stainless steel shelf. Integrated LED lighting ensures optimal visibility of stored products.

Installation

The refrigeration unit is positioned on the left. Adjustable feet from 30 to 55 mm allow compensation for floor irregularities. Maximum operating ambient temperature: 32°C.
