Professional Capacity

This professional percolator offers a capacity of 9 litres, equivalent to 60 to 72 cups of coffee or hot water. The complete preparation cycle reaches its maximum volume in approximately 50 minutes. For optimal operation, the minimum recommended volume is 4.5 litres.

Dual Heating System

The appliance features two independent heating elements: the first ensures coffee percolation, the second maintains the temperature after preparation. This technical architecture preserves a homogeneous and constant temperature throughout the entire service period.

Dosage & Precautions

Allow approximately 300 grams of ground coffee to make 9 litres of beverage. To optimise the appliance's lifespan: absolutely avoid dry starts which would damage the heating element, use the RESET button located underneath the appliance in case of overheating system activation, carry out systematic cleaning after each use, and perform regular descaling with a suitable product. A cleaning scraper is included.
