The unit offers a useful volume of 48 litres and can accommodate up to 6 GN 1/3 containers. Its compact dimensions of 1415 × 395 × 300 mm allow installation on any worktop. A stainless steel lid is included to optimize thermal insulation between uses.

Electronic Regulation
