This indirect gas boiling kettle with a capacity of 480 L features a robust structure made of 14301 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mm. Its tank, made of 14404 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm, includes a mixing tap allowing the combination of hot and cold water.

Connections & Safety

The 10 mm water connection is complemented by a safety valve calibrated to 0.5 bar with an integrated pressure gauge and a drain valve to facilitate maintenance. A safety thermostat ensures precise temperature regulation for cooking. The automatic water level control in the double wall guarantees optimal operation.

Control & Ignition

The three-position switch offers optimized power management: complete shutdown in position 0, partial load at 50% in position 1, and full load at 100% in position 2. The stainless steel burner ramps provide high energy efficiency. Ignition is by electric piezo, and the burners are equipped with multi-position gas valves for fine regulation.
