Thermal Distribution

The 1.7 mm thick aluminum ensures uniform heat distribution across the entire surface. The operating temperature reaches up to 230°C, covering the most demanding baking cycles. At only 1.095 kg, handling remains smooth on a daily basis.

Lacquered Surface

The food-contact certified two-layer coating eliminates the need for pre-greasing. The black finish enhances durability against wear and corrosion. The pinched edges ensure secure handling when transferring to the oven.
