Professional Design
This professional cooking appliance meets the requirements of restaurants and caterers. Its AISI 304 stainless steel structure ensures optimal corrosion resistance and exceptional durability. Mobility is facilitated by two integrated stainless steel casters at the rear of the chassis.
Triple Independent Tank
The equipment includes three independent tanks in stainless steel, each with a capacity of 45 L. Each compartment features minimum and maximum level indicators, with individual electrical protection ensured by a dedicated circuit breaker per tank.
Culinary Versatility
This multifunctional cooker adapts to various preparations: reheating vacuum-sealed bags, cooking fresh or dry pasta, preparing bone-in ham. The temperature rise is particularly fast: 30 minutes are sufficient to go from 20°C to 100°C.
Equipment Supplied
The appliance is supplied with a draining rack, a bottom grid and a 3-meter power cable. Manufacturing is entirely carried out in France.
