Catering equipment designed for intensive use, entirely manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel. Three Autonomous Tanks
This appliance integrates three independent stainless steel tanks, each with a capacity of 45 liters. Each tank has minimum and maximum level indicators for controlled filling. Electrical safety is ensured individually by dedicated circuit breakers on each tank.
Speed & Versatility
Remarkable thermal performance: temperature rise from 20°C to 100°C in 30 minutes. Optimal versatility for cooking fresh and dry pasta, preparing bone-in ham, as well as reheating vacuum-packed products. Each tank is equipped with a drain valve for simplified maintenance.
Integrated Equipment
Complete configuration including three 3 kW heating elements each, precise regulation thermostat, manual reset safety thermostat, control indicator light, draining grid, bottom grid, and 3 meter power cable.
