Compatible with convection ovens, steam ovens, and microwaves, it distributes heat evenly across all cavities. The operating range extends from -40°C to +260°C, allowing both direct baking and rapid freezing thermal shock. Pastries achieve uniform browning across the entire batch.

Industrial Endurance

Designed to withstand 2000 to 3000 repeated baking cycles, it meets the demanding pace of bakeries, hotels, and restaurants. Maintenance is limited to a hot water rinse. The composite's robustness ensures consistent results over time, without deformation or premature wear.
