Design & Materials

This oval fish pan is crafted from cast aluminium, a material that ensures even heat distribution. Its 18/10 stainless steel handle stays cool during cooking for safe handling. The sturdy body allows oven use up to 250 °C.

Non-Stick Coating

The surface features a Whitford® Xylan coating designed to withstand high temperatures. A titanium intermediate layer between the aluminium and the coating optimizes surface adhesion. This double-layer process extends the utensil's durability and enhances its scratch resistance.

Compatibility & Care

Compatible with all heat sources except induction. Cleaning proves particularly easy after each use thanks to the coating's properties.
