Production Technology

The manufacturing process uses a vertical cylindrical evaporator that compresses the flakes into soft and resistant ice pearls. This texture ensures prolonged and efficient cooling. The AISI 304 stainless steel body, compliant with food standards, is combined with high-density insulation to optimize energy consumption.

Operational Performance

This machine produces 94 kg of flake ice per day, measured at 15°C ambient and 10°C inlet water. The integrated storage bin holds 20 kg of ice ready for use. The unit operates from 10 to 43°C ambient with feed water between 5 and 38°C. The electromechanical system, stop thermostat and external switch ensure maximum reliability.
