This upright negative refrigerated cabinet with embossed sides offers a storage volume of 645 litres. It accommodates 22 adjustable shelves with a pitch of 55 mm, compatible with GN 1/1 or GN 2/1 format containers and shelves. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures optimal resistance to intensive use. The external dimensions are 680 mm × 860 mm × 2130 mm. The 75 mm thick insulation guarantees maximum efficiency up to 43 °C ambient temperature.

Refrigeration Performance

The LED interior lighting optimizes visibility of stored goods. The operating temperature range is between -20 °C and -15 °C. The system features an automatic defrost with evaporation of defrost water by heating element. The electronic thermostat with digital display allows precise adjustment and control of energy consumption. The ventilated hermetic compressor distributes cold evenly. A standard lock protects access to the compartment.

Safety & Ergonomics

The unit incorporates several safety devices: open door alarm, high and low temperature alarm, and condensation alarm. The door opens beyond 90° to facilitate loading operations. Ventilation stops automatically when the door opens. The adjustable feet allow levelling from 135 mm to 200 mm. Delivery includes 3 stainless steel shelves in GN 2/1 format.
