Compatible with all types of ovens, this mold withstands a temperature range from -40°C to +260°C. Each impression supports between 2000 and 3000 baking cycles depending on usage conditions. The even heat distribution ensures uniformly golden quenelles, whether in traditional cooking or rapid freezing.
