Thermal Performance

The operating range extends from -40°C to +260°C, allowing both direct freezing and high-temperature baking. Compatible with all types of ovens, it ensures uniform baking and even coloring of pastries. The proven resistance allows between 2000 and 3000 bakes depending on operating conditions.
