This professional mixed cooling cell offers 5 levels of storage, designed to accommodate either GN 1/1 trays or 600 × 400 mm formats. The 70 mm spacing between each level allows for containers with a maximum height of 65 mm. Ideal for demanding professional kitchens, it ensures optimal preservation of your culinary preparations.

Construction & Insulation

The full AISI 304 stainless steel structure provides exceptional corrosion resistance and meets the strictest hygiene requirements. The galvanized steel outer base reinforces overall robustness. The 60 mm thick thermal insulation combines energy efficiency with temperature maintenance. An integrated core probe enables precise and reliable internal temperature control.

Technology & Maintenance

The ventilated cooling system features a corrosion-resistant evaporator treated with cataphoresis for optimal durability. Access to the evaporator compartment is facilitated to simplify maintenance operations. The clipped magnetic door seal ensures perfect airtightness and secure closure. The adjustable stainless steel feet, with a height of 60 to 85 mm, ensure stable and perfectly level installation.

Temperature Ranges

This versatile equipment covers two essential functions: cooling from 10°C to 65°C and freezing from -18°C to 65°C. Designed to operate in ambient conditions up to +43°C with housed unit, it adapts to the most demanding work environments.
