Technical Design

This Flexipan mold from the brand Matfer features 60 square impressions of 37 × 37 mm each. Its design is based on a multilayer glass mesh combined with silicone, offering a perfect balance between flexible handling and structural rigidity for reproducible baking results.

Thermal Resistance

The operational temperature range extends from -40°C to +260°C, compatible with conventional ovens as well as freezers. The silicone composite ensures even heat distribution and uniform browning across all impressions.

Daily Use

The natural non-stick surface of silicone eliminates the need for greasing. Demolding is done without mechanical stress, protecting the shape of mini-cakes and petit fours. Cleaning is limited to soaking in hot water or a cycle in the dishwasher.
