This professional plating cart optimizes your service mise en place. Designed for intensive catering, it allows you to prepare up to 80 large plates or 120 small-diameter plates before service begins.
Premium Construction
The structure features AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel ensuring durability and hygiene. The 540 × 273 mm grids incorporate 7 mm diameter rods. The 25 mm diameter stainless steel handle ensures ergonomic handling.
Secure Mobility
Four 125 mm diameter casters, integrated bumpers, and a double braking system provide stability and smooth movement. The 160 rubber stops included perfectly secure the dishware.
