Load Capacity

Seven shelves measuring 480 × 490 mm each support up to 20 kg. Their adjustable height allows adapting the space to different cut sizes and varying aging durations.

Technology & Maintenance

The digital touch panel ensures precise control of parameters. Homogeneous air circulation evenly distributes cold, complemented by a UV lamp for sanitary maintenance. Automatic defrosting and drip-by-drip evaporation minimize technical interventions.
