The pump feed ensures a constant flow of mix. The electronic control by microprocessor guarantees optimal precision. Automatic refrigeration regulation maintains the ideal consistency. The system integrates two independent compressors: one for the production cylinders, the other for the reserves. The tanks feature autonomous refrigeration keeping the mix below 4°C even in standby mode. The soft-start progressive startup protects electronic components. Cooling is air-cooled.

A low-level indicator in the tank facilitates stock monitoring. The daily portion counter and totalizer allow you to track activity. The flexible blade agitator offers increased capacity and a creamy texture. The tank mixers ensure product homogeneity. The overrun reaches 50% for an airy and indulgent result.
