Care & Precautions

Cleaning must be done with hot water and suitable degreasing products. This mold is sensitive to humidity and does not tolerate either the dishwasher or the refrigerator. The Exopan material does not accept the cooking of acidic preparations: avoid ingredients with low pH such as certain fruits, vinegars, or wines likely to alter the coating.
