Commercial Performance

The IceTech 48 Kg is designed for the demanding requirements of bars, restaurants and hotels. It ensures a production of 48 kg of hollow ice cubes per day under standard conditions (15°C ambient and 10°C water), with a 25 kg storage capacity. The finger-shaped ice cubes (20 g each) melt slowly to maintain beverage freshness.

Innovative System

The paddle technology incorporates patented semi-elastic injectors that eliminate limescale risks, without a pump or conventional injector. The air-cooled system minimizes heat emission while optimizing efficiency. The electromechanical controls provide reliable and intuitive operation, without thermostat or complex electronics.

Robust Construction

The AISI 304 stainless steel body ensures durability and professional finish. The HCFC injected polyurethane foam insulation optimizes preservation. Tropicalized Class T unit designed in Europe, it operates from 5 to 40°C ambient with water from 5 to 35°C.
