The output adapts to thermal constraints with 75 kg/24h at 21°C ambient temperature and 60 kg/24h at 32°C.

Dual Texture

The equipment offers two distinct configurations. Granular ice (70% ice / 30% water) prioritizes rapid cooling of fresh produce and fish transport. Super granules (80% ice / 20% water) offer superior density suitable for beverage displays, cold buffets, and stalls requiring structured ice.

Technical Reliability

The microprocessor system automatically optimizes production cycles without supervision. The stainless steel auger and high-quality evaporator ensure extended longevity while reducing maintenance interventions. The all-stainless steel construction facilitates daily disinfection and the accessible air filter allows autonomous maintenance.
