Intelligent Refrigeration

The independent refrigeration system of the hoppers ensures the mix is maintained below 4.4°C, even in standby mode. Temperature pull-down takes 15 to 20 minutes, and only 3 to 6 minutes after refilling. Fast and energy-efficient freezing relies on a patented high-efficiency heat exchanger. Cleaning time is 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Safety & Reliability

This machine incorporates an R448 gas compressor for optimal ecological performance. It features automatic low-temperature shutdown, motor overload protection, high-pressure switch to protect the compressor, thermal protection against motor overheating, and an anti-drip valve for impeccable hygiene after dispensing.

Simplified Operation

The intuitive interface displays the low hopper level indicator, cylinder and hopper temperatures, as well as daily and total portion counters. The 30% ice cream overrun ensures an airy and light texture. Installation included.
