This double-door hot holding trolley meets the demanding standards of collective catering. Its configuration accommodates 44 GN 2/1 levels with a spacing of 53 mm between each shelf. The entire structure made of 18/8 stainless steel combines mechanical strength and sanitary compliance for intensive use in professional environments.

Optimized Mobility

Movement in the kitchen is effortless thanks to the four swivel casters with noise reduction, two of which are equipped with brakes. The removable side slides simplify loading operations, while the 180° door opening provides full access to the thermal compartment.

Thermal Regulation

The digital thermostat ensures precise temperature control over a range of 30°C to 90°C. The high-density polyurethane foam insulation, fire-treated and environmentally friendly, effectively retains heat while resisting ambient humidity. The removable hot unit incorporates ventilated heating elements and a humidifier tank with an anti-splash system for uniform heat distribution.

Integrated Safety

The illuminated control panel with switch allows immediate visual monitoring of parameters. A rear electrical outlet facilitates accessory connection. Thermal fuse protection preserves the integrity of the appliance and ensures safe operation.
