Acoustic Insulation

The silent architecture optimizes loading of 35 × 35 cm baskets. The double-walled door provides acoustic insulation for the washing chamber, significantly reducing noise levels in the workspace. The thermal elements and wash pump are sized for continuous intensive service. Drainage is by gravity.

Washing System

The wash and rinse arms in AISI304 stainless steel with scotch brite finish feature a 32 cm diameter. Rotation speed is adjustable according to the glassware being processed. The cycle runs in 120 seconds with controlled consumption of 2 litres per cycle. Hot water connection possible to speed up processing during peak periods.

Precise Distribution

The electrical system integrates wash jets and a welded stainless steel injector to the tank for optimal chemical distribution. The peristaltic dispenser ensures precise dosing of wash and rinse liquids. The 20/10 stainless steel door hinge reinforces structural strength.
