This recessed gastronorm rack is designed to withstand the demands of professional kitchens. Its AISI 304 stainless steel structure ensures remarkable longevity in intensive environments. The assembly by high-strength weld seam and welded corner brackets provide perfect rigidity to the entire unit.

Standard Compatibility

Featuring 20 levels, it accommodates gastronorm containers in GN 1/1 format. The 18/10 stainless steel runners with a thickness of 15/10th incorporate front and rear stops to secure the containers. The Z-profile with corner reinforcements optimizes the stability of the 25 × 25 mm welded tube structure.

Controlled Mobility

Handling in confined spaces is simplified thanks to the 4 swivel casters Ø 125 mm in polyamide, 2 of which are equipped with brakes. The stainless steel brackets and integrated rubber bumpers protect the structure and neighboring equipment during transport.
