Professional Construction
This professional cooking equipment combines the responsiveness of gas with the consistency of electric convection. Its AISI 304 stainless steel structure ensures optimal resistance to the demands of intensive catering environments.
Gas Cooking Surface
The upper section features four gas burners with differentiated power outputs: two rapid burners of 3.6 kW, two others of 3.3 kW, completed by an electric grill of 1.3 kW. Piezoelectric ignition and thermocouple-equipped valves ensure safety and ease of use.
Convection Oven
The lower acid-resistant enamelled compartment offers a GN 2/3 capacity. With 3 kW of power, it distributes even heat for consistent and controlled cooking results.
