Robust Construction

This professional indirect gas kettle features a stainless steel structure with a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mm. Its inner tank, made of 2 mm stainless steel, includes a mixing tap for precise blending of hot and cold water.

Integrated Safety

The appliance features a 10 mm water connection, a safety valve calibrated to 0.5 bar with pressure gauge, and a drain valve for easy maintenance. The heating system uses high-efficiency stainless steel burners, controlled by a funnel tap and safety valve. A safety thermostat regulates cooking temperature, while automatic water level control in the double wall ensures safe operation.

Controls & Burners

The three-position switch allows flexible management: position 0 for complete shutdown, position 1 for partial load at 50%, and position 2 for full load at 100%. The stainless steel burner ramps are equipped with electric piezo ignition and a multi-position gas valve for fine flame adjustment. Adjustable height feet ensure optimal leveling on all surfaces.
