Thermal Power

This gas griddle on cabinet from the Series 700 by CombiSteel delivers a power output of 13,000 W with cooking temperatures reaching 300°C. Its 15 mm thick chrome-plated hot plate and 3 mm stainless steel cooking surface ensure even heat distribution and optimal sanitary conditions for professional kitchens.

Integrated Safety

The safety system includes a gas valve with safety shut-off and a thermocouple directly connected to the burner. Piezoelectric ignition allows for immediate start-up. Optimal thermal insulation reduces energy loss. The appliance operates with either LPG or natural gas depending on your existing connection.

Easy Maintenance

The slightly inclined plate channels residues towards a drain opening feeding into a grease collection drawer housed in the lower cabinet. A waste oil collection reservoir completes the equipment for daily waste management and quick cleaning.
