Equipped with 2 independent heating zones, this cooking surface allows simultaneous processing of different foods at distinct temperatures. The high-performance thermal insulation ensures even heat distribution while minimizing energy loss.

Simplified Maintenance

The inclined plate and its drainage opening facilitate residue drainage. The integrated used oil reservoir and the stainless steel grease collection drawer, located in the lower compartment, ensure hygienic and efficient collection. Daily cleaning is considerably reduced.

Safety & Installation

Piezoelectric ignition ensures instant and secure startup. The gas valve incorporates a safety shut-off valve. Compatible with LPG and natural gas, this equipment adapts to countertop cooking lines with a depth of 700 mm.
