Power & Versatility
Equipped with 6 gas burners, this professional Hendi cooking table offers optimal power distribution: 3 burners of 6 kW for intense cooking and 3 burners of 3.5 kW for more delicate preparations. This configuration allows adjusting the thermal intensity to each type of recipe in professional cooking.
Gas Compatibility
Running on natural gas, the device is also LPG compatible thanks to the supplied nozzles. The cast iron grates of 335 × 300 mm (one per burner) support containers with a diameter ranging from Ø 120 to 300 mm.
Construction & Safety
The AISI 304 cooking surface ensures durability and hygiene, while the sides and rear in AISI 403 provide a robust structure. The integrated storage cabinet offers a volume of 1198 × 570 × (H) 470 mm. The adjustable feet from 100 to 165 mm allow precise leveling. Safety ensured by the integrated thermocouple.
