Exopan Technology

The fine steel structure features a PFOA-free multi-layer PTFE coating. This design ensures even heat distribution and easy demolding, without the need for buttering or flouring beforehand. Ideal for achieving perfect tart shells with every bake.

Usage Tips

Light greasing during the first few uses preserves the durability of the coating. Professional oven compatibility allows direct placement in the oven for even browning. These non-perforated molds require dry storage and are excluded from dishwasher and refrigerator use. Exopan material is not recommended with acidic preparations.
