This cold eutectic plate GN 1/1 significantly extends the cold storage of your food products. Designed for the transport and preservation of fresh products, it ensures an optimal cold chain in all usage conditions.

Commissioning

Installation is done in two simple steps. Place the plate flat in the freezer for a full night, then insert it into your GN 1/1 container or any compatible tray in 600 × 400 mm format. Cooling begins immediately upon insertion.
