Control & Safety

The three-position selector offers fine power management: position 0 for total shutdown, position 1 for partial load at 50%, and position 2 for full load at 100%. Thermal regulation is ensured by a safety thermostat with precise cooking temperature control. The system automatically monitors the water level in the insulating double wall.
