Premium Construction

This 480 L indirect electric boiling pot combines durability and hygiene with its outer structure made of 1.4301 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mm. The inner tank, made of 1.4404 stainless steel at 2 mm, features a mixer tap for hot and cold water for optimal filling.

Hydraulic System

The unit features a 10 mm water connection, a safety valve calibrated to 0.5 bar with integrated pressure gauge, as well as a drain valve for easy maintenance. The automatic water level control in the double wall ensures safe operation.

Power & Settings

The Incoloy 800 heating elements, a special high-performance alloy, ensure rapid and even temperature rise in compliance with CE-DIN 18855 standards. The three-position switch allows power modulation: off (0), partial load 50% (1), or full load 100% (2). The integrated safety thermostat offers precise cooking temperature adjustment.
