This indirect electric boiling pot offers a capacity of 342 L and is distinguished by its external structure made of 14301 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mm. The inner tank, made of 14404 stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm, incorporates a mixing tap allowing the combination of hot and cold water for optimized filling.

Integrated Safety

The appliance is equipped with a 10 mm water connection, a safety valve calibrated to 0.5 bar with pressure gauge, as well as a drain valve facilitating maintenance. The safety thermostat and automatic water level control in the double wall ensure safe and reliable operation.

Control & Heating

The three-position switch offers the choice between off, partial load at 50% or full load at 100%. The heating system uses Incoloy 800 alloy resistors, compliant with CE-DIN 18855 standards, with precise thermostatic cooking control.
