This electric boiling pot with a capacity of 145 L meets the requirements of collective catering. Its structure and tank in stainless steel ensure durability and daily hygiene. The heating system with Incoloy 800 resistors delivers a power of 18 kW for fast and uniform temperature rise.

Controls & Safety

The appliance features a three-position switch: off, partial load 50 %, and full load 100 %. The integrated safety thermostat prevents overheating, while the automatic water level control in the double wall optimizes the cooking cycle. The mixing tap allows precise adjustment of the water supply temperature.

Installation & Maintenance

The 10 mm water connection includes a 0.5 bar safety valve with pressure gauge for visual pressure monitoring. The drain valve facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The four height-adjustable feet adapt to installation constraints. Compliant with CE-DIN 18855 standards.
