Cutter Evolution

Digital Control

The waterproof control panel integrates an asynchronous motor in a metal motor block. The digital display shows the active speed and allows selection of 1 speed, 2 speeds or variable speed thanks to the integrated variator.

Dual Feed

Large hopper of 217 cm² for bulky vegetables such as celeriac or cabbages. Cylindrical hopper of 60.5 mm for long and fragile vegetables such as zucchini and cucumbers. A side discharge chute allows installation of a 20 cm deep GN container.

Integrated Safety

Magnetic detection blocking startup in case of anomaly. Automatic stop in case of incorrect use. Secure startup via handle for optimal operator protection.
