Modular Versatility

The appliance masters shredding, slicing, and grating of fresh fruits and vegetables. Its scalable architecture allows transformation into a combined cutter/vegetable slicer by adding the serrated blade (ref. DCCL8002) and cutter kit (ref. DCCL9001). The "PULSE" and "REVERSE" functions are available only in Cutter configuration.

Ergonomics & Hygiene

The ambidextrous stainless steel handle adapts to both right-handed and left-handed users for optimal grip. Complete disassembly of food-contact parts simplifies maintenance, with all components being dishwasher-safe. The waterproof control panel features an electronic speed variator offering 5 speed levels and an on/off button.

Dual Feed System

The system integrates a cylindrical hopper Ø 60.5 mm dedicated to long and delicate vegetables (cucumbers, zucchinis), as well as a large hopper of 217 cm² for bulky products (celeriac, cabbages). The side ejection chute provides a 20 cm passage, compatible with standard GN containers.

Integrated Safety

The metal motor block houses a robust asynchronous motor. The magnetic detection device prevents any abnormal start-up and instantly stops the appliance in case of non-compliant use. Triggering is done via the handle for maximum operational safety.
