This professional electric griddle plate combines a premium cast aluminum plate with an 18/10 stainless steel chassis. The mixed cooking surface 1/2 grooved and 1/2 smooth allows you to grill meats and fish while preparing delicate foods requiring flat contact.
Thermal Control
The adjustable thermostat from 50°C to 300°C covers a wide temperature range for all your preparations. The indicator light shows heating activity, while the thermostatic safety system prevents overheating risks.
Pro Ergonomics
The 4 adjustable plastic feet ensure perfect stability on any surface type. Delivery includes 2 scrapers to facilitate cleaning of the plate after use.
