Stainless Steel Construction

This Galileo combi oven features an entirely AISI 304 stainless steel construction, a material renowned for its corrosion resistance and compliance with the strictest food hygiene standards. Uniform Heat Distribution

Fine turbine regulation enables homogeneous circulation of hot air throughout all ten GN 1/1 levels or eight 600×400 mm levels. Instant Steam Generation

The injection process relies on an open boiler producing steam directly at the heart of the cooking cavity.
