Cooking Technology

Heat is distributed evenly across the entire surface of the plates, not just at the heating elements. The upper plate operates independently: it automatically adapts to the thickness of the food thanks to its chain balancing system. This design ensures constant pressure and easy handling during cooking. The solid cast iron of the plates concentrates heat homogeneously, enabling fast cooking without odor emission.

Control & Savings

The appliance features two adjustable thermostats from 0°C to 350°C for precise temperature control. As soon as the target temperature is reached, the thermostat automatically shuts off, thereby reducing electricity consumption. Cleaning is made much easier as a result.
