Tri-Material Sandwich Base

The base combines stainless steel, aluminum and magnetic steel in a structure of ø 200 × (h) 90 mm. The central aluminum optimizes thermal conductivity, framed by stainless steel for durability and induction compatibility. The high-pressure fusion process creates an unbreakable bond between the layers, ensuring even heat distribution and maximum corrosion protection.

Integrated Lid

The stainless steel lid with a thickness of 1 mm incorporates a steam vent hole allowing humidity control throughout the preparation.
