This double-door refrigerated cabinet from the G series offers a storage capacity of 770 litres. Its gastronorm design accommodates up to 20 GN 2/1 containers with a depth of 100 mm, allowing for standardized organization of your products and quick access to stored goods.

Made from professional-grade stainless steel, this unit withstands the most demanding catering environments. It is equipped with castors with front brakes to ensure stability during the necessary movement for maintenance operations.

Temperature Control

The fully automatic cooling system features a permanent digital display for precise parameter control. Static ventilated technology ensures rapid temperature recovery and optimal food preservation. Defrosting operates in automatic mode, with the option of manual triggering from the control panel.

Safety & Layout

Both doors feature individual locks and an auto-closing mechanism from 90°. The equipment includes 6 adjustable shelves interchangeable with GN containers. Full installation of the 20 containers requires 14 rail kits (reference S403).
