This washing unit in solid stainless steel meets the demands of intensive professional kitchens. Its 595 × 730 × 1340 mm structure optimizes space while ensuring high processing capacity. The stainless steel wash and rinse arms guarantee increased corrosion resistance and extended service life.

Technical Performance

Three electronic programs 120 s, 180 s and 240 s adapt the cycle to needs. The wash temperature reaches 60°C while the final rinse peaks at 82°C for certified disinfection. The 7.4 L boiler and 58 L tank ensure continuous operation without interruption.

Full Automation

The central electronic touch panel centralizes control. The system integrates an automatic detergent dispenser, a rinse aid dispenser and an automatic cleaning system. The 1.2 kW wash pump and integrated drain pump complete the equipment.
