Measurement Performance

The acquisition range extends from -20°C to +300°C with instant switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit scales. The touchscreen offers smooth parameter navigation, while the 1 meter cable provides sufficient range of motion when monitoring preparations.

Integrated Programs

Eight preset profiles cover the main categories: beef, lamb, veal, pork, chicken, turkey, poultry, and fish. Each program offers 5 cooking levels — rare, medium, well-done, and two intermediate stages. The audible alarm signals when the target temperature is reached, while the programmable timer up to 99 min 59 sec completes the monitoring system.

Flexible Installation

Dual mounting system: two neodymium magnets for adhesion to metal surfaces, and a retractable stand for stable positioning on worktops. Automatic shut-off after 30 minutes of inactivity preserves battery life.
