Peripheral channels and turned-in inner edges for efficient smoke and odor evacuation. Labyrinth grease filters effectively capture fats and limit clogging. Integrated grease drain valve for simplified management and perfect hygiene.

Configuration & Installation

Set composed of two 1400 mm hoods and one 1600 mm hood. Adapted extraction capacities: 1400 m³/h for the 1400 mm elements, 1800 m³/h for the 1600 mm element. Static hoods unperforated for evacuation, equipped with removable plates on side facades allowing connection according to desired configuration.
