Professional Design

This cubic hood features dimensions of 900 mm depth and 6000 mm length, meeting the requirements of professional kitchens. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, it combines durability and aesthetics with its Scotch-Brite® satin finish. Its height of 450 mm maximizes vapor capture while maintaining a functional workspace.

Performance & Filtration

The peripheral channel combined with raised inner edges optimizes smoke guidance toward extraction. The labyrinth grease filters effectively intercept oily particles, while the drain tap facilitates regular maintenance. Each module ensures an extraction flow rate of 2400 m³/h.

Modular Installation

The unit consists of three 2000 mm hoods. Removable panels on the side faces allow assembly according to the required configuration. Equipped with integrated LED lighting, this static hood operates with an external extraction unit (not included).
